The hydraulic power pack features high-response proportional cartridge valves that execute a rapid-advance stroke, micro-speed consolidation, and a programmed 100-second dwell curve. Regulated pressure decay guarantees stress-free preform release, while an auxiliary bottom hydraulic cylinder applies smooth ejection force to raise the finished green part without edge chipping or cavity wall friction marks.

Material behaviour under compaction

Because timber veneers, core sheets, resin-glued wood plies & laminates requires substantial compaction depth prior to sintering, the press daylight and stroke are sized to accommodate deep powder cavity charges. Precision pressure regulation ensures uniform molecular rearrangement without inducing internal shear planes or compaction voids.

Tooling and die design

The guidance system utilizes heavy ground steel pillars with self-lubricating bronze bushings. Die sets for commercial & marine grade plywood boards are CNC-machined in-house to tight tolerances, ensuring perfect alignment between upper punches and die cavities.
