Choosing the right option

When requesting a proposal for automotive fixtures, please provide component 3D CAD models (STEP/IGES), 2D part drawings indicating critical datums, machine table specifications (T-slot pitch, pallet size), and target cycle time. Quotes with 3D concept layouts are issued within 24 hours.

Quality checks and inspection

On a fixture the check that matters is capability across a production run, not a single first-off part. Dimensions are verified on CMM against the fixture drawing before despatch.

Export packing and lead time

Wear parts are consumed at production volume. Change them at planned intervals as part of line maintenance, not on failure.
