Working principle and engineering architecture

The complete in-house manufacturing stack encompasses: (1) Machine Building — 20 Ton to 1,000 Ton hydraulic compression moulding, powder compaction, and hot presses; (2) Tooling & Dies — CAD/CAM designed multi-cavity dies from vacuum-hardened AISI D2/H13 tool steel; (3) Precision Polymer Parts — CNC turned, milled, and compression-moulded PTFE, PEEK, Delrin, and engineering plastic components; (4) Custom Fixtures — pneumatic and hydraulic workholding jigs for precision secondary operations.

Our integrated facility houses 1 VMC, 5 CNC Lathes, heavy structural welding bays, automated grinding, and an in-house metrology lab. Every custom part or machine undergoes rigorous quality assurance including digital CMM dimensional reports, hydrostatic pressure testing, and dielectric spark breakdown verification (up to 80 kV/mm). Material test certificates (MTC) verifying ASTM physical standards are issued for every production batch.
