From first-principles mathematical press sizing (F = P × A) and Pascal's Law hydraulic circuits to controlled 5–10 mm/sec compaction speeds, gunmetal bushings with forced lubrication, and magnetic linear scales built for powder-heavy plant environments, every detail is engineered with excellence so our equipment and polymer components deliver decades of reliable service in the world's most demanding industries.

Manufacturing Facility & In-House Infrastructure

Our 15,000 sq ft engineering facility in Dahegam is equipped for end-to-end machine building and precision polymer machining without dependency on external sub-contractors.

Plant infrastructure includes heavy-duty fabrication bays, multi-axis CNC turning and VMC milling centers, precision cylindrical grinding machines, hydraulic power unit assembly stations, and dedicated electric batch sintering ovens with computer-controlled thermal curve management.

• Multi-axis CNC lathes and VMCs equipped with diamond PCD/carbide tooling
• Hydraulic press fabrication and assembly bays (6T to 600T capacity)
• Forced-air electric batch sintering ovens with programmable heating/cooling curves
• Complete toolroom for AISI D2 vacuum-hardened die manufacturing (58–62 HRC)

Quality Assurance, Metrology & Batch Traceability

Because HEMSUN holds no external quality marks, our reputation rests on verifiable, in-house metrology and transparent batch documentation provided directly with every shipment.

Raw resin lots are traceable to primary virgin manufacturers (moulded from FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 listed resin). Every production run undergoes green preform density verification, sintered tensile testing per ASTM D4894, water displacement specific gravity checks (ASTM D792), and optical CMM coordinate dimensional inspection.

• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and optical profilometry (Ra ≤ 0.15 µm)
• Preform green density and sintered tensile/elongation testing (ASTM D4894)
• High-voltage spark testing up to 80 kV/mm for micro-void screening
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with 8-hour continuous hydraulic load runs
• Detailed inspection reports and Mill Test Reports (MTR) supplied with shipments

Export Capabilities & Global Logistics

As an IEC-registered Indian exporter, HEMSUN ships machines, tooling, and finished PTFE parts to clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Shipments are packaged in seaworthy wooden crates with internal VCI anti-corrosion barrier wrapping and moisture-proof film for ocean freight via Mundra and Nhava Sheva (JNPT) container ports or express air freight through Ahmedabad.
