Materials we work with

Choosing the right option

Quality checks and inspection

On a fixture the check that matters is the set angle against a sine bar, and repeatability after a clamp cycle. Dimensions are verified on CMM against the fixture drawing before despatch.

Proved by machining a first-off at the set angle and checking it against a sine bar, not by measuring the fixture alone.

Maintenance and spare parts

The angle drifts if dowels work loose under cut. Recheck the set angle periodically rather than assuming it is fixed.
