Working principle and engineering architecture

In-house engineering covers the complete 4-tier capability stack: (1) Machine Building — heavy-duty hydraulic powder compaction and compression moulding presses (Powder Metallurgy Hydraulic Compaction Presses, Automotive Brake Pad Compression Moulding Presses); (2) Toolroom Die Design — multi-cavity vacuum-hardened steel moulds with mirror-polished cavities (Ra ≤ 0.15 µm); (3) Precision Parts Manufacturing — CNC turning, milling, and skiving of virgin and filled PTFE components; and (4) Machining Fixtures — custom clamping and holding jigs for repeatable secondary operations.

Quality control and material integrity are verified through our internal metrology lab: digital micrometer batch gauging, CMM dimensional verification, dielectric spark testing (up to 80 kV/mm), and hydraulic pressure decay validation. All raw polymers (virgin PTFE, glass-filled, carbon-filled, bronze-filled, MoS2) are batch-tested for density (ASTM D792) and tensile elongation (ASTM D4894) with Material Test Certificates (MTC) supplied with every export shipment.

Material compatibility and engineering metallurgy

• Virgin & Filled PTFE Polymers: Virgin PTFE, 15–25% glass-filled, 25–33% carbon-filled, 40–60% bronze-filled, and MoS2 grades.
• High-Performance Engineering Plastics: PEEK, Delrin (POM), UHMWPE, PVDF, and PCTFE for high-temperature and structural applications.
• Vacuum-Hardened Die Steels: AISI D2, H13, and EN-31 tool steel heat-treated to 58–62 HRC for long-life moulding dies.
• Heavy Structural Steel (IS:2062): Stress-relieved fabricated frames and ground bolsters for high-tonnage hydraulic presses.

2. Material Grade Selection: Select virgin or filled fluoropolymer based on operating media, working temperature (-200°C to +260°C), pressure rating, and chemical exposure.
3. Drawing & CAD Review: Provide 2D PDF / 3D STEP drawings with dimensional tolerances (DIN ISO 2768-m or custom ±0.02 mm precision).
4. Production Batch Size & Lead Time: Specify prototype, initial pilot run, and recurring annual bulk delivery schedules.
5. Export Documentation & Testing: Verify required testing protocols (dimensional CMM report, hydrostatic pressure test, MTR chemical certificates).
