Materials we work with
Components for cad drawings applications are produced from premium virgin and filled polymers (15–25% glass-filled, 25–33% carbon-filled, 40–60% bronze-filled, MoS2, PEEK, Delrin POM-C, UHMWPE, and technical ceramics). Raw resins are strictly tested for density (ASTM D792) and tensile strength (ASTM D4894) with batch traceability maintained for all production runs.
Tooling support
Design output includes the tooling definition needed to make the part, not only the part drawing.

Export packing and lead time
Deliverables are issued as drawing files and models in the formats your team works in. HEMSUN is a DGFT IEC registered exporter (Government of India).

Revisions are tracked so the manufactured part always ties back to a specific issue.
