Materials we work with

Light enough to move but rigid enough to hold position; wear surfaces where the part slides. Body material is chosen for the duty — tool steel where wear or heat is the issue, aluminium where the fixture must be lifted by hand.

Choosing the right option

When requesting a proposal for conveyor fixtures, please provide component 3D CAD models (STEP/IGES), 2D part drawings indicating critical datums, machine table specifications (T-slot pitch, pallet size), and target cycle time. Quotes with 3D concept layouts are issued within 24 hours.

Quality checks and inspection

On a fixture the check that matters is location retained through transfer, and that the part cannot shift or be marked in motion. Dimensions are verified on CMM against the fixture drawing before despatch.

Commissioning and handover

Handed over with a transfer trial, so location is proven to hold through movement rather than only at rest.

Export packing and lead time

Ships with wear surfaces fitted and mounting details for the line. HEMSUN is a DGFT IEC registered exporter (Government of India); commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin accompany international despatch.

Maintenance and spare parts

Sliding and contact surfaces are the wear items; replace before the part starts to mark.
